Dexband Diabadass is a reusable Dexcom CGM armband designed to hold Dexcom G7 and Dexcom ONE+ sensors securely on the upper arm.

This magenta cover with a distinctive Diabadass design and neoprene strap helps protect the CGM sensor during sport, swimming, travel and daily activity without covering the sensor with adhesive patches or tape.

Dexband armbands are designed by Love My Libre for people using Dexcom CGM who want additional protection to reduce the risk of sensors being knocked or dislodged during everyday activities.

The armband sits over the sensor and does not interfere with scanning or Bluetooth connectivity. Dexband armbands help keep sensors secure throughout the wear period and can be reused with many sensors over several months.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a CGM armband?
A CGM armband is worn over a glucose sensor on the upper arm to help protect it during sport, exercise and everyday activity.

Can you swim with a Dexcom sensor?
Yes. Dexcom sensors are water-resistant and can be worn while swimming. Some people use a CGM armband such as Dexband to provide additional protection and help prevent the sensor from being knocked off during water activities.

How do you keep a Dexcom sensor from falling off?
People use several methods to protect their sensors including adhesive patches, medical tape, or a reusable CGM armband. Dexband armbands hold the sensor securely on the upper arm without covering the sensor with adhesive.

How can you protect a sensor when sleeping?
Dexcom CGM sensors can sometimes show low glucose readings if pressure is applied to the sensor while sleeping. This is sometimes called a “compression low” and may occur when lying on the sensor in certain positions overnight.

Some people choose to wear a CGM armband while sleeping to help protect the sensor from pressure and movement during the night. The armband sits over the sensor and does not interfere with scanning or Bluetooth connectivity.

Can you exercise while wearing a Dexcom sensor?
Yes. Dexcom sensors are designed for everyday activity. Some people choose to wear a protective armband to reduce the risk of accidental sensor dislodgement during sport.
